Origins & history :
Grown in the north of Thailand / The origins of plant species from Taiwan - Oolong have been cultivated in China for millenia, and in Taiwan for a few centuries.They are  relatively new in Thailand and have been introduced as the perfect crop to replace lost revenue from the prior cultivation of Opium.
Tasting notes :
A well bodied, fragrant and slightly malty tea, medium greenish - yellow liquor. Medium to large pellets.

Oolong teas are produced through a unique process including withering under the strong sun and oxidation before curling and twisting. It's semi-fermented and possesses the scent of green teas and the rich flavor of black teas. The range of fermentation varies from 8% to 70%.
It's recommended to steep tea with a covered teapot, for the first and second brewing. Increase temperature and time for further brews & to brew for three times only.
